Our Van Sales team calls on our Forecourt and Balance of Trade customers according to a route schedule. Our Van Sales team will provide you with the stock (ice cream) directly from the truck, and also see to it that the products are merchandised according to an assigned outline in the designated Dairymaid freezer. The team will also see to it that the freezer is cleaned and maintained in a manner that is aesthetically pleasing.

Our delivery fleet is equipped to distribute products that require temperatures of -25 and lower. The team provides distribution services to:

• Supermarkets
• Forecourts
• General Trade
• Food Service Outlets
• Leisure Outlets

Customers may contact us telephonically between 8am and 10am to place orders. These order may then be collected and paid before from 10am until 2pm.

Our Telesales team contacts our Food Services and Leisure Outlet customers telephonically in order to obtain their orders and process the invoices. Delivery to the outlet will take place the following day.

Our storage facilities are equipped to hold frozen food products that require temperatures of -25 and lower. As specialists, we see to it that our facilities are maintained in a manner that ensures optimal performance and frozen storage of the highest standards.
